Really good cueing! Her ability to signal to us the way she wants us to use our bodies is precise and powerful. I have felt my practice improve under her guidance. I have assumed it’s from her background in dance, but it really feels like Brooke understands the way bodies move, is clear about alignment and transitions between moves, and it really shifts my practice.
Great playlists! It's evident in her classes that Brooke truly loves music. She has deep cuts, great songs, some great throwback stuff, lots of newish things too. Her music creates a really powerful environment.
