About Brooke

Hi, I’m Brooke.

As a former competitive dancer in college, I started practicing yoga as a way to keep flexible and fit. I loved it! But after graduating, going to law school, and starting my legal career, I put my yoga practice on hold.

I left the legal profession to focus on being a mom to two awesome girls, and I found my way back to a regular practice in an effort to find some much needed self care.

It worked! So much so that I decided all I wanted to do was help others find balance, rejuvenation, and compassion for themselves through yoga.

I completed my 200 YTT at Hot Spot Oakland Yoga and my 300 YTT with the Wisdom Building Method. I’m now RYT 500-certified and am committed to making yoga accessible to everyone by clear instruction, creative flows, and great music. You can expect to be challenged and to sweat in my class, but leave with a smile on your face.
